حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Jathir bin 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin 'Awf narró que su abuelo dijo

"Escuché al Mensajero de Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) decir: 'Las heridas causadas por la bestia son sin responsabilidad, y las minas son libres de responsabilidad'.
