Book 10, Hadith 22
Texte arabe du hadith
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ قَالَ: { لَقَدْ أَدْرَكَتُ أَبَا بَكْرٍ, وَعُمَرَ, وَعُثْمَانَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ, وَمِنْ بَعْدَهُمْ, فَلَمْ أَرَهُمْ يَضْرِبُونَ اَلْمَمْلُوكَ فِي اَلْقَذْفِ إِلَّا أَرْبَعِينَ } رَوَاهُ مَالِكٌ, وَالثَّوْرِيُّ فِي"جَامِعِهِ"1 .1 - صحيح. وهو في "الموطأ" (2 /8287) بنحوه ولم يذكر أبا بكر.
Traduction
J e9ai certes connu Abou Bakr, Omar et Othman qu e2Allah soit satisfait d e2eux ainsi que ceux qui vinrent apr e8s eux, et je ne les ai pas vus frapper l e2esclave pour calomnie (qadhf) autrement que de quarante.
