Book 8, Hadith 212
Texte arabe du hadith
وَعَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ -فِي اَلرَّجُلِ لَا يَجِدُ مَا يُنْفِقُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ- قَالَ: { يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا } . أَخْرَجَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ: عَنْ سُفْيَانَ, عَنْ أَبِي اَلزِّنَادِ, عَنْهُ. قَالَ: { فَقُلْتُ لِسَعِيدِ بْنِ اَلْمُسَيَّبِ: سُنَّةٌ? فَقَالَ: سُنَّةٌ } . وَهَذَا مُرْسَلٌ قَوِيَ 1 .1 - ضعيف؛ لإرساله، وإن كان رجاله ثقات. رواه سعيد بن منصور (2 /55/رقم 2022).
Traduction
Au sujet de l'homme qui ne trouve pas de quoi subvenir aux besoins de sa femme : Il dit : « Ils sont séparés. »
Rapporté par Sa'id ibn Mansur, d'après Sufyan, d'après Abu al-Zinad, d'après lui [Sa'id ibn al-Musaiyab]. Il dit : « J'ai demandé à Sa'id ibn al-Musaiyab : “Est-ce une Sunna ?” Il a répondu : “Une Sunna.” »
Et ceci est un mursal fort.
