Obligation contractuelle concernant un esclave
Texte arabe du hadith
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ رَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ " لاَ عُهْدَةَ بَعْدَ أَرْبَعٍ "
Traduction
D’après 'Uqbah bin 'Amir, le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit
« Il n’y a aucune obligation contractuelle après quatre (jours). »
