Chaîne de transmission : Route 1: Muhammad ibn Ismail → Ubayd Allah ibn Musa → Isra’il → Abu Ishaq → al-Bara ibn Azib → the Prophet. Route 2: Sufyan ibn Waki → his father → Isra’il → same chain. Nous a rapporté Muhammad ibn Ismail : Ubayd Allah ibn Moussa nous a rapporté, d’après Israïl, d’après Abou Ishaq, d’après al-Bara ibn Azib, que le Prophète ﷺ dit à Jafar ibn Abi Talib : « Tu me ressembles dans ton apparence et ton caractère. » Le hadith comporte également un récit. Abou Issa a dit : Ce hadith est bon et authentique. Sufyan ibn Waki nous a rapporté une version similaire : Mon père nous a rapporté d’après Israïl.
