حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الأَحْمَرُ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ " لاَ يُقَادُ الْوَالِدُ بِالْوَلَدِ " .

Abu Saïd al-Ashajj nous a rapporté : al-Ahmar nous a rapporté, d’après al-Hajjaj ibn Arta’a, Amr ibn Shuayb, son père, son grand-père et Umar ibn al-Khattab, qui a dit : J’ai entendu le Messager d’Allah ﷺ dire : « Le père n’est pas soumis à la rétorsion pour son enfant. »
